DentAfford is the brand name used by
National Benefit Builders Inc. to market the highly credentialed, quality
CIGNA Dental Network AccessSM network of both general and specialized
dentists to the public. By participating in
the DentAfford program,
you can obtain substantial discounts that until recently
have been available only to large groups.

How does the card work?
The DentAfford card is a reduced-
fee-for-service program. It is not insurance. That means you pay
a specified fee for dental services performed by a dentist in the
network. This fee is substantially lower than standard fees.
In order for this program to work efficiently, the member must:

Verify dentist's participation in the
network. This can be done through the "Locate a Provider" on-line lookup
or by calling the customer service number on your ID card.
- Present ID card with Cigna Dental logo at the dentist's office.
- Pay discounted fee in full at the time of service.

How do I choose a dentist?
You may choose any general dentist or specialist who is
currently active and listed in the provider directory or
at this web site. You do not have to pre-select your
dentist and you may change at any time. A visit to a
specialist does not require a referral.
